Our Planning team became part of a successful Australian Unity bid team appointed to deliver the $1.1 billion Herston Quarter revitalisation project.

Our Environment team planted over 100,000 new plants through our Rehabilitation programs.

Jack Briant, Kimberley White and Rachel McDonald all graduated from university and Ashley Lovell completed his MBA.

120 survey plans were registered by our Survey team which created titles for over 900 townhouses/units and 750 lots and put approximately 30,000 pegs in the ground.

Wolter Consulting Group, in a joint venture with Fugro and Brisbane Airport Corporation were finalists for the Queensland Spatial Excellence Awards. This was for Technical Excellence for the New Parallel Runway Project at Brisbane airport.

Our Landscape team was awarded the stage 1 tender of the Caboolture to Wamuran Rail Trail Corridor with Moreton Bay Regional Council.
- YIMBY QLD was established and the team attended the world’s first ever YIMBY conference in Boulder, Colorado

Tree data was recorded by our Environment team on over 5000 individual trees.

Our Planning team received approval for: 1500 residential lots, 1500 residential dwellings, over 11,400m2 commercial, retail and industry space and over 3000m2 land dedicated to environmental reserve.

YIMBY QLD received mainstream media coverage, including articles in the Courier Mail, a radio interview with ABC 612 Brisbane and three articles in the Urban Developer.

200 operational works drawings and landscape concept plans were lodged and approved thanks to our Landscape team.

Cassandra Rose and Joel Fielding are both expecting, Ryan Maclellan had his third child and Wai Kingi and Hannah Sealey each became engaged.
