Integrated Management System
WCG operate under a system and mindset of “continual improvement”, and as such, are currently in the process of assessing and updating our policies and procedures in relation to Quality, Environment and Safety.
In September, and in preparation to implement an Integrated Management System (IMS) in 2023, we engaged an internal auditor, Consultex to guide us through the process, identify gaps and ensure we are on track for certification and compliant to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
Whilst we are currently not third party accredited (as at Nov 2023), our policies, and our procedures, guidelines, and checklists, along with our extensive business experience and knowledge, has ensured the continued quality of our deliverables across all services and departments.
WCG is committed to continual development and the implementation of a risk-based approach to operating effectively and efficiently and to ensure client satisfaction. The implementation of an Integrated Management System (IMS) will ensure the continued delivery of services that exceed expectations and drive a culture of continuous improvement of our quality, safety, and environmental performance.
