Congratulations to Natalie who took home the Women in Leadership award on the night. The award underscores Natalie’s exemplary leadership qualities and her countless contributions to our organisation, industry, and community including co-founding the Women of Wolters initiative – providing women a voice and support, her commitment to the YIMBY mindset, advocating for good development and better planning outcomes.
Natalie shines a light on positive female representation and continues to be an empowered leader, advocate, and mentor for Women in Leadership.
Although Natalie could not attend the awards, fellow planner and Associate Director Amy Marsden accepted the award on her behalf.
We also congratulate Waimana, despite not winning his category, it was an amazing achievement to be a finalist. As a founder of WCG’s Project Delivery Division, Wai has established himself as a great leader and advocate for team and personal development.
His positive contributions to the people around him and his ‘leading by example’ leadership style has made him an integral part of our organisation and the development industry.
Both Natalie and Wai have been valuable and highly influential figures at WCG and within the industry and we would like to congratulate them both on their nomination and Natalie on her win.
Both Natalie and Wai have been valuable and highly influential leaders at Wolter Consulting Group and their industry. We congratulate them both on their nominations and Natalie on her win. Through their authentic leadership styles, Natalie and Waimana inspire those around them by leading positive, impactful, and lasting change.
