We are pleased to share the news that Wolter Consulting Group (WCG) is entering into a new era of leadership. Michael Wolter, founder and leader of WCG for 29 years has transitioned from his role as Managing Director to Executive Consultant to our new Board of Directors.
Michael Wolter founded Wolter Consulting Group in Brisbane in 1993. He had a vision to establish a business delivering the highest levels of service across the survey, design and planning sectors. Michael has left a proud legacy and an incredible opportunity for the present and future cohort of WCG. WCG will continue to benefit from Michael’s leadership and industry experience as he transitions from Managing Director into an Executive Consultant role, supporting and guiding the new Board of Directors and broader leadership team going forward.
We are also excited to announce that Natalie Rayment and Andrew Crawford , long-time WCG Directors, have been appointed Co-Chairs of the Board of Directors, and Bruce Williams and Brad Jones, long term senior executives of WCG, join as new Directors of the Board. Our new Board brings over 100 years of collective years of experience in the property industry.
Holding to the Company’s ethos of nurturing and developing our own talent, we also welcome seven (7) new Shareholders from within our current team. This affirms and strengthens our commitment to the Company’s vision to plan, design and deliver creative, sustainable and successful solutions for our community and our clients, and our Company values of people, leadership and collaboration.
Our current shareholders Michael Wolter, Natalie Rayment, Andrew Crawford, Bruce Williams and Ryan MacLellan are now joined by Brad Jones, Carolyn Waters, Angela Dahn, Waimana Kingi, Penny Spiers, Michael Dargusch and Gary Savins.
Finally, WCG has appointed a new CEO, Daniel Best GAICD, to provide strategic and operational leadership to the company and work closely with the new board to deliver our vision. Dan is passionate about success orientated leadership and comes from an extensive career in law, local government, property development, insurance, and construction.
