This architecturally designed residential apartment building in Maxwell Street, a coveted riverfront residential address in New Farm, will deliver 17 high quality two and three storey residential apartments, predominantly to the owner-occupier. Led by local award winning architect Noel Robinson, the design outcome is a five storey residential building, oriented to Maxwell Street and Dodwell Lane, with a communal rooftop recreation space taking advantage of views toward Brisbane City and Story Bridge area. The modern interpretative design complements surrounding development by presenting three storeys to the street, with the upper two levels recessed and lighter in materials and textures, incorporating significant building articulation, high end finishes and quality landscaping.
