The Summerlin estate is an urban renewal project located in Banyo, 17km north from Brisbane CBD and is located within walking distance to the Nudgee train station. The estate will be developed over 7 stages, with stages 1 and 2 completed. Up to 248 dwellings are expected to be built across the estate.

  • Our planning team are responsible for the ongoing development of the Summerlin Estate, which provides a mixture of townhouses and apartments, ranging from 2 – 5 storeys. We work to coordinate the project team and deliver development approvals for the evolving residential estate in conjunction with Council and other stakeholders to achieve an outcome which is reflective of the surrounding area and density intent of the estate. Our team provides advice from the preliminary design through to project completion on each stage.
