Clearview Master Planned Urban Village – Seven Hills, Brisbane
The Clearview Master Plan project will establish an integrated urban village on a former TAFE site within the established locality of Seven Hills.
The proposed urban village design introduces a mix of residential dwellings including aged care, small lot homes, townhouses and apartments over the 9 hectare site. The plan has been designed around the protection of significant bushland and vegetation. It delivers a new local community park and the retention of an existing theatre building for futurecommunity uses. The plan has been consciously designed in the first instance to respect and respond to the local context and meet the commercial requirements of our client.

Fernbrooke Ridge – Redbank Plains, Ipswich
Fernbrooke Ridge is a major master planned community located in the South Redbank Plains urban growth corridor. Wolter Consulting Group played a key role in facilitating the initial ‘enquiry by design’ and structure planning process, which became the catalyst for Council undertaking the necessary planning scheme amendments to enable development to occur.
We provide planning, design and surveying services to Lend Lease Developments in support of the delivery of this integrated sustainable community comprising creek-based open space networks, cycleways, local business, shopping and 1,000 households across a variety of housing forms.
Our team has actively participated in addressing and overcoming key project issues, including effective integration of the development with the surrounding context, facilitating regional stormwater management solutions, designing to address topographic challenges, and finalising a comprehensive infrastructure agreement providing offsets for delivery of trunk infrastructure networks.

5-Storey Aged Care Residential Development – Holland Park West, Brisbane
Wolter Consulting Group prepared, managed and obtained approval for a 5-storey, 208 unit Aged Care Facility development on a 3.5Ha vacant site in Holland Park West.
Being an infill site in a well serviced but established residential area, our planning and surveying teams collaborated to deal with significant issues relating to the architectural design of the buildings being proposed in a low-density area, the proposed height of buildings above natural ground level, and complicated easement and reconfiguration issues relating to a Council-owned waterway corridor traversing the site and its access.
The approval was an excellent outcome for our client on a low-density residential zoned site.
Two-Tower, 20-Storey And 12 Storey High-Rise Development - Wooloongabba, Brisbane
Wolter Consulting Group prepared and managed to approval a complex development application for a two-tower high-rise residential development on a highly-constrained parcel in an inner-southern suburb of Brisbane.
