Waterline
Overview
A boutique riverside residential community on the Brisbane River at Bulimba, Waterline is a fully integrated master-planned community.
Featuring 126 homes and 18 apartments developed by Mirvac, the Wolter Consulting Group’s Master Plan focused on maximising enjoyment of the river while remaining sensitive to the environment.
Outcome
Extensive parkland areas were included within the project to create an exclusive and private community that blended in with its natural environment. This project has been hugely successful resulting in strong sales.

Bowen Marina
Overview
Jag Marine Group is undertaking a major upgrade of the existing Bowen Boat Harbour and rectification of the adjoining degraded land to establish a new, state-of-the-art Bowen Marina facility.
The project is expected to kick-start interest in Bowen as a lifestyle town and travel destination.
It is proposed the integrated, mixed-use marina will include:
- 600-berth marina
- landscaped private and public open space
- 704 residential dwellings ranging in size for greatest diversity and choice
- 9,500 square metres gross floor area of mixed land uses including commercial, retail and showroom uses designed for local convenience retail, marine-based retail, dining and entertainment facilities, and other local business / services
- 17,630 square metres gross floor area of waterfront industrial precinct, over an area of approximately 8.36 hectares
Outcome
Wolter Consulting Group is managing the approval processes for Jag Marine Group by seeking a Preliminary Approval to override the Bowen Transitional Planning Scheme and the associated Development Permits.
The Wolter team has prepared a Masterplanned Development Code to guide future development of the Marina Precinct, which balances certainty for the Bowen community with flexibility for Jag Marine to adapt to changing market conditions over time.
