At this years UDIA Queensland Awards for Excellence, our Co-Chair and Executive Director, Natalie Rayment and our Director of Project Delivery, Waimana Kingi were nominated for the Women in Leadership and Young Leaders Award, respectively. Wolter Consulting Group congratulates our leaders who were recognised.

Congratulations to Natalie who took home the Women in Leadership award on the night. The award underscores Natalie’s exemplary leadership qualities and her countless contributions to our organisation, industry, and community including co-founding the Women of Wolters initiative – providing women a voice and support, her commitment to the YIMBY mindset, advocating for good development and better planning outcomes.

Natalie shines a light on positive female representation and continues to be an empowered leader, advocate, and mentor for Women in Leadership.

Although Natalie could not attend the awards, fellow planner and Associate Director Amy Marsden accepted the award on her behalf.

We also congratulate Waimana, despite not winning his category, it was an amazing achievement to be a finalist. As a founder of WCG’s Project Delivery Division, Wai has established himself as a great leader and advocate for team and personal development.
