With the increasing population and the expanding urban footprint, Wolter Consulting Group appreciates the importance of landscape design. Our design skills and experience form the foundation to landscape solutions that are functional, sustainable, and liveable while also being sensitive to the natural environment.

The scope for landscape services offered by Wolter Consulting Group includes, but is not limited to:

• Conducting ‘on site’ landscape appraisals to identify any
  potential visual or environmental impacts.
• Designing functional and aesthetic solutions for the built
  environment in urban and rural areas. These areas include
  private and public open spaces, streetscapes, residential and
  commercial developments, industrial and educational facilities.
• Applying appropriate Landscape Design solutions to the built
  environment that consider and account for the use of space
  and are of a high standard for both urban and rural areas.
  These outcomes comprise designs, plans and working
  drawings, specifications of work, cost estimates and time
  schedules.
• Conducting site inspections and reporting to our clients with
  recommendations on methods and staging of work for matters
  associated with hard and soft landscape elements. The
  recommendations are based on factors such as climate, soil
  type, flora, fauna, surface and subsurface water and drainage.
• Formulating appropriate plant species selection lists that are
  sustainable, contain non weed species, and are in keeping
  with site characteristics to improve the visual amenity of all
  developments and to reflect the natural environment.
