Located at Byron Street in Bulimba, the precinct is undergoing a major transformation from light industry and boat building uses, to riverfront residential with public open space.
The project consists of 27 premium apartments in 3 to 4 storey buildings with north-facing views over the Brisbane River. The project will incorporate a private marina and contribute to the delivery of a new Riverwalk linking to the Apollo Street ferry terminal.
WCG provided planning and surveying services to this landmark project. The planning team was able to achieve development approval within a 3 month period. The surveying team has fast tracked sales and disclosure documentation to support the marketing campaign which was launched on 6th of August.
