A mixed development established on a 1.8 hectare riverside precinct consisting of apartment buildings, townhouses, cafes and restaurants and a Woolworths Supermarket located close to the Queensland Tennis Arena and in close proximity to the local train station within 6km of the city.

  • Our planning team at the time was engaged to co-ordinate the Uncompleted Works Bond reduction/release to the Maintenance Security for Stages 1 & 2 of the development. This included the coordination of all consultants, engineers, landscape architects providing details of works and providing monetary securities to achieve ‘On-maintenance’.
  • An application was also made by the Planning team for road opening which was approved by Council in 5 days and then a Plan Sealing application was made and also approved within 5 days to ensure the opening of the road to enable the ‘Brisbane International’ tennis tournament at the Queensland Tennis Centre.
