Wondall Park is a 55-unit townhouse project that was carried out in an emerging residential locality in Manly West on Brisbane’s bayside. Preceding townhouse developments and favourable access to public transport, shopping centres, parks and schools provided a solid foundation to support the development in its location. The architectural design proposed with Wondall Park was specifically catered to the lower density residential character of the area, which provided a significantly reduced building bulk and scale, further attenuated by a variety of landscape features and housing types. The design also allowed for the retention of significant vegetation and attractive landscaping, creating a compatible development consistent in the area.
