  • Negotiated with Council to provide over 7ha of public bushland reserve;
  • Situated the site’s stormwater infrastructure within the bushland area, optimising the developable area of the site;
  • Negotiations with multiple government entities (Local and State) to coordinate sewer location in nature refuge
  • Obtained a reduction of almost $300,000 in Council assessment fees.
  • Coordinated complex multi-stage plan sealing and uncompleted works bonding schedule to deliver project by financial year deadline.


  • Lead DA and construction documentation process for both the sub-division and townhouse developments
  • Worked with the environmental team to achieve an integration of landscape embellishment and WSUD to provide three bio-retention basins and stormwater management solutions
  • Liaised with architects to achieve several townhouse courtyard options balancing amenities and landscape design
  • Providing a break away area facilitated with a sheltered BBQ and seating area, embellished by landscaping.


  • Our Environment team’s assessment facilitated a stormwater solution which utilised an existing dam on the property;
  • Demonstrated the possibility to utilise existing fire breaks for infrastructure servicing;
  • Enabled the protection and enhancement of 7ha of bushland;
  • Justified to Council the removal of an old orchard which was riddled with weed species, particularly Lantana.
