A 5,000m2 neighbourhood shopping centre within the established suburb of Silkstone in East Ipswich.  The project incorporates a 4,000m2 Coles supermarket supported by specialty retail and food outlets.

  • Due diligence planning and advice during site acquisition phases including negotiations with Council and QUU to lock down infrastructure charges and secure significant credits
  • Negotiation and resolution with respect to a number of major design and technical challenges to find a balance between planning and commercial imperatives of the project, including urban design outcomes, car parking, servicing, and management of development impacts
  • Overcoming site and design constraints to deliver meaningful landscape solutions in narrow building setbacks and difficult remnant spaces
