Redevelopment of a prime site fronting the Brisbane River in the suburb of Corinda. ‘Riverside’ delivers 34 residential lots ranging from 450m² to 1,005m² in area plus the provision of over a hectare of public parkland. The site featured several environmental challenges which were carefully managed by WCG’s environment team.
