Redevelopment of a former commercial and industrial site within Brisbane’s thriving inner north-eastern suburbs.  Lumira is a new nine storey building comprising of 75 one and two bedroom apartments over eight levels, ground level café tenancy, and three levels of car parking.  Architectural design is influenced by the area’s historic warehouses and incorporates materials such as face brick, steel and precast concrete within a semi-industrial aesthetic.
