This project comprises 14 units which have been architecturally designed by Ellivo Architects to provide contemporary private residences which respond to the established character, context and market of Bardon. The project overcomes the challenging site topography providing residences which range between 2 – 3 storeys and stepped in response to the slope of the land. The terrace homes comprise a mix of 3 and 4 bedroom typologies which are oriented with a north facing aspect to provide views to the Bardon Valley and surrounds.
