Comprising over 250 allotments, Griffin Crest is a low density residential estate located in Griffin. Wolter Consulting Group provided a key consultant role in guiding and managing the project concept, design and development approval framework. The approved layout involves numerous stages of development and creates over 250 dwellings, public parkland and integrated stormwater infrastructure.

  • Strategic guidance to secure a Preliminary Approval (242), establishing structure plan elements such as open space, density and traffic outcomes, and level of assessment controls for subsequent applications
  • Coordination and resolution of major flooding, coastal management and open spaces issues which optimised the developable area of the site
  • Preparation of key planning arguments for a mix of housing types, including residential lots from 300m2 upwards delivering maximum diversity of price points and living options
  • Creation of Small Lot Housing Envelope plans to permit construction of dwellings on small lots without the need for Council approval of future house designs
  • Successful management of requests for survey plan endorsements to realise land titles and settlements within streamlined timeframes
