Carseldine Village is a ground-breaking new urban community featuring the redevelopment of with a footprint the former Carseldine QUT campus. The Carseldine Village development is the first residential development in Queensland to commit to the delivery of net zero emissions homes, the design of which incorporates energy saving features. The masterplan for the village incorporates residential dwellings and commercial opportunities, set amongst bushland and recreational open space areas. WCG has provided Green Star advisory and submission management services throughout the development of this project.
