The Coast Development was a significant multi-disciplinary project involving WCG Town Planning, Surveying, Landscape and Project Compliance teams to deliver three 11 storey apartment towers in Labrador, Gold Coast.  

Each tower presented its own unique challenges for the Project Compliance Team, who coordinated with a multitude of local and state government departments, sub-contractors and third party entities to demonstrate compliance with all specifications to successfully deliver the development on time.
