Redevelopment of a former commercial and industrial site within the ‘heart’ of the vibrant inner city suburb of Fortitude Valley, Clique is an approved 15 storey building comprising 139 one and two bedroom apartments over 14 levels, ground level retail / commercial space, rooftop communal recreation area, and 3 basement levels of car parking.  Architecturally designed to be reflective of its context and local environment, the development incorporates variations in materials, recesses and articulation in the built form to create a clear differentiation between the podium and tower elements of the building.
