The project involves a major expansion and refurbishment of the existing Chatswood Central Shopping Centre to create a village atmosphere with day to night activation and a vibrant shopping and dining experience.  The expansion will deliver two new buildings with eight new tenancies to open up onto and activate the ground level car park, a new under croft car park, internal tenancy configurations to increase Woolworths’ floor space to 3,800m2 and improved landscaping and pedestrian access points over three stages of development.
