Wolter Consulting were approached to document and map the existing condition of the aging commercial building to aid in the proposed redevelopment works ranging from end of trip facility upgrades, new lobby and podium design and the rearrangement of plant and rooftop equipment to aid in the efficient use of the upper floors to determine the potential for additional leasable space.

  • By employing our laser scanning technologies WCG were able to rapidly develop a highly detailed, accurate and complete model of the existing structure for use by the various engaged consultants. A total of 400 scans and 9 levels were completed over a period of 4 days with minimal disturbance to tenants and site operations. With our equipment’s capabilities the areas mapped ranged from the entire façade and surround buildings down to ceiling cavities and small confined spaces within the plant rooms ensuring every mm of the building was captured.
