Disciplines/Services

  • Planning

Responding to a number of operational limitations, the University of Queensland Allied Health Educational Precinct serves to relieve space pressures and improve visitor and client engagement for various non-commercial health clinics used for consultations with patients and research participants. The Allied Health Precinct is located outside of the UQ Ministerial Designation area but remains conveniently co-located on the fringe of the St Lucia Campus.  The facility will be formed by retaining and converting the site’s ten existing dwellings, ensuring compatibility and integration with the neighbouring low density residential development.  A series of connecting parking areas and driveways delivers controlled access and valuable on-site car parking opportunities.
