In collaboration with Council, we successfully accomplished the following:

  • Incorporated amendments to the legislation, specifically the Planning Act 2002, to ensure clarity in language and interpretation.
  • Revised definitions to align with contemporary society and practices.
  • Provided clarification on various unclear aspects within the plan.
  • Restructured the plan to enhance its readability and establish clear guidelines for its application.
  • Incorporated changes resulting from the introduction of the Development Control Plan for Kingston and Arthur's Vale Historic Area, as well as the revised Development Control Plan No. 2 Water Resources.
