Lawnton Lakes represents a Master Planned Residential Subdivision over part of the former Boral Lawnton Quarry.  Positioned on the southern banks of the North Pine River, the Master Planned community integrates a predominate mix of detached and attached residential activities supported by commercial and retail opportunities and expansive lakeside parkland.  Upon completion, the Master Planned community will deliver a yield in the vicinity of 900 residential dwellings.
