Planning

  • Strategic guidance to project and DA strategy, culminating in anapproval inside ten months (currently in submitter appeal by adjoining individual land owner)
  • Preparation of key planning arguments to support additional height, 10 storeys over the acceptable building height offset which underpinned project value
  • Involvement in site structure planning and identification of community dividends, which focused on the combination of public realm, heritage reuse and interpretation, and sculpted architectural design, to be the first buildings designed by Zaha Hadid Architects in Australia
