The architectural design of this eight-storey apartment building, comprising 73 units and ground level commercial space, reinforces the prominent corner of Commercial Road and Florence Street – a focal point within the established suburb of Teneriffe.  The design features a solid core to a height matching the closest Woolstore building, with the upper 3 levels recessed and lighter in appearance, consistent with the modern interpretation of older Woolstore buildings in the suburb.  The ground level land use and design will activate both Florence Street and importantly the rear unnamed laneway. This has been achieved through a combination of retail, commercial and food and drink outlet tenancy opportunities and design treatments which focus on and engage with the surrounding streetscape and landscape, positively contributing to the streetscape, lifestyle choices, usability and public safety of the laneway. A communal rooftop recreation space will be the first of its kind complete with a roof top gym, featuring sweeping views to the City and Story Bridge area, adding additional lifestyle and amenity values for residents.
