Delivering on its proximity to the Wulkaruka train station, Essington Rise is a low-medium density residential estate located in Leichhardt.  The project creates over 150 allotments, new parkland and roads across six stages of development, with lots ranging between 300m2 – 1,300m2 in area to suit a variety of living options and budgets.
