The Bradford Place townhouse development is astutely representative of what is intended for emerging community zoned land within the Brisbane local government area.  The development effectively balances on-site environmental features, including rehabilitation of the designated waterway corridor and retention of certain native vegetation to provide a stepping-stone for native fauna to the neighbouring bushland reserve, whilst maximising the development potential of the site.  Comprising of 27 two storey townhouses, the development is commensurate in terms of built form and scale to that of surrounding development, thereby remaining consistent with community expectations for new development in the area.
