Located at Carindale, the Astonbrook Estate is a 47 lot residential subdivision spanning Spring Creek. Challenged with integrating the Spring Creek system and a residential subdivision, the multi-disciplinary Wolter Consulting Group team, superintended sub-consultants, key stake-holders and community groups collaborated to successfully achieve development objectives, all whilst protecting and enhancing the Spring Creek riparian corridor.
