The Ashgrove Vue and Ashgrove Park apartments transformed a vacant Community Use Zoned site within the inner Brisbane suburb of Ashgrove.  The apartments are provided in the form of two mid-rise, four-storey residential towers providing 44 two bedroom apartments over three levels and ground level car parking.  The architectural design is cognisant of on-site features, including the waterway corridor which has been rehabilitated as part of the development, and the natural slope of the land to maintain comparative scale to existing surrounding development.
