In response to Brisbane City Council’s decision on Tuesday evening, the 5th of February, to prepare a Temporary Local Planning Instrument (TLPI) to immediately ban all forms of multiple dwellings including townhouses from the majority of our residential neighbourhoods, Wolter Consulting Group wrote to the Planning Minister asking that the ban be rejected outright.
