A development approval for 42 new townhouses in Calamvale has been granted to Wolter Consulting Group. All disciplines, including Planning, Urban Design, Landscape, Environment and Surveying, were involved in the development by Heran Building Group.
Wolter Consulting Group is very proud of the outcome achieved, specifically the combination of 42 townhouses with extensive landscape areas. This result has ensured the retention of existing significant vegetation across the one hectare site.
Development of this nature creates a pleasant living environment for residents whilst providing a greater mix of housing options within the local area. Well done to all involved!
