Field surveys were carried out to mark the location of the proposed unit complexes. Hydrogen balloons were then floated to the design roof level for inclusion in a photo montage prepared to assist with the approval process.
Waterline
Consistent with surveying best practice, an extensive riparian boundary survey was completed to define the High Water Mark boundary along the Western extent of the site. Aerial photos flown between 1942 and 1969 were utilised to prove that the area of significant variation shown on survey plans over the site were in error and the surveyed High Water Mark accurately reflects the original bank/boundary location.
