As planning legislation becomes more complex and litigious, there is increasing demand for expert witness services for appeals in the Planning and Environment Court. The Wolter team is a leading expert in providing planning law services with extensive knowledge of planning legislation and experience acting as expert witnesses in the planning and environment court.

Our initial focus is on negotiations with all parties to attempt to resolve the issue out of court, avoiding wasting time and money in court. If negotiations fail, the Wolter team will then present evidence in court.
