Fast-tracked development applications are available in six categories at present:

• New house and extensions in a Demolition Control Precinct
• Small extensions in a shopping centre
• Industry in an industrial area
• Multi-unit Dwellings (Six units or less)
• Subdivisions (Six lots or less)
• Single Unit Dwellings (Six units or less)

If you have a development that is low risk, meaning that it complies with the requirements of the applicable Brisbane City Plan codes - you may be eligible for a 5 day approval.
